Parkfast Arena AB is a proud owner to Malmö Arena, it was opened in 2008 and has capacity for up to 16,000 spectators.

There are also numerous restaurants and bars located around the arena and when it was time to look for a new updated casheir system the lot fell on OpenSolution.

The hotel and restaurant Solliden in Stenungssund offers everything from the little such as breakfast and lunch to providing your dream wedding. They are actively working to develop their business both with events and catering. OpenSolution is going on tour, Disney on ice will tour thru two cities in Sweden for two weeks. Disneys wonderful fairytale is full of magic live on the glittering ice. They will tour to Scandinavium in Gothenburg and Malmo Arena. Four energetic Disney adventures awaits and the tempo is high from the start when Disney On Ice presents the fairytale world. It is not only on the ice that the tempo is high, the event is visited by a lot of people and by renting cashiers from OpenSolution we can provide a reliable payment to satisfy the visitors.

OpenSolution has now done an installation in Italy or at least close to, we have installed OpenSolution POS in an italian restaurant in Sundbyberg in Stockholm.

The restaurant is called Rustico Ristorante Bar and is a modern restaurant with genuine italian cuisine.

By having functions such as MultiPay and TablePay they do not only provide their guests with splendid food but the functions give them the possibility to provide a great service.

Jul för sjutton, en mycket bättre julshow is the name of the Christmas show that had premiere this last weekend at filmstudios in Gothenburg!

Gothenburg Studios Christmas dinner is arranged together with the star restaurateur Mats Nordström, for the second year it consists of a wonderful scenshow in the big movie studio at Lindholmen in Gothenburg.

This year they target the headlights on the stars: Maria Lundqvist, Uno Svenningsson, Jenny Berggren. The Christmas show that is preformed from the 24 of November to the 16 of December is expected to be visited by 700 guests every night for nine shows. This type of Christmas dinner and show is often visited by large crowds and a great part of the guests arrive and leave at the same time, by having functions like MultiPay from OpenSolution the flow becomes much smoother as they can take payments from several guests at the same time and that way the logistics become better. 

The restaurant chain Sushi Yama has chosen OpenSolution payment system for all 33 of their operations.

We asked a few questions to Sushi Yamas board to know what they think after the installation.

What was it that made you to choose OpenSolution?

– It was the all over payment solution that made us chose OpenSolution. We want to be font edge and innovative the OS system provides software for ordering using web or app, integrated with the cashier system this was a crucial factor in the decision. But also the broad access of data for statistics and monitoring together with a good integration with our financial system. The fact that the cashier system also is available in different variants both in soft and hardware and that you can grow with the system by connecting to different modules with time made us feel safe for the future.

What modules do you have on your cashier system TablePay, MultiPay?

– We are using MultiPay in all operations and in some we are also using TablePay. Shortly we will get started with both OS Pre Order and OS Pre Order Delivery for web and app.

You are using OpenSolutions BackOffice system, what is your opinion about it?

BackOffice is used diligently together with OS Reports. You can manage all key functions from one place and can easily follow up on sales and bottlenecks. Through BackOffice can we also compensate for any dissatisfied guests by creating a voucher, which is appreciated and a crucial part of our CRM system.

Do you perceive that OpenSolution has improved/streamlined or created more profitability for your operation?

– Yes, the card payments are faster sense we doubled the payment terminals to every cash register and for an operations that is totally cash free like our it streamlines our flow.

Our scanner for reading barcodes is helpful when handling coupons and vouchers. One importing part of the system that one should not underestimate is the stability and reliability, it has also been a crucial part of our choice of cashier system. To date, we have not encountered anything that can cope with that fact.

The Gothenburg hotel Clarion Post is transformed during 48 hours to one great big nightclub with world known artists like Alesso, Ingrosso and Nic Fanciulli.

The hotel is a boiling hub , full of artists performing unique performances.  The event is cash free and entertain over 1500 guests, with a high pressure in the bars is it required from us as a payment supplier to provide fast and reliable transactions.  With innovative solutions and a cashier system that is highly developed is this something that we can promise our customers.

The Valand building has earlier consisted of  especially three operations  Lilla London, Valands nightclub och Valands banquet. They have now got a new contribution in the form of Teatergatans Bistro! It is an elegant  restaurant with an versatile and modern menu. During the lauch of the new restaurant they choose to continue their cooperation with OpenSolution and broaden the assortment. By using OpenSolutions cashier system at all operations they do not only make it easier for the staff to work in all operations but it is also very favorably for the finance department. To get all reports from the different operations to one computer simplifies the monitoring between sales versus inventory and ordering which creates a high level of control all over.

Notch is a sportbar and restaurant in the center of Gothenburg, they have now has chosen to update their cashier system to OpenSolution. Before the update Notch used a system that only provided stationary payment terminals, by changing to OpenSolution they got wireless payment terminals and functions such as MultiPay and TablePay. This new combination will simplify the ordering and the payment for the guest as well as the restaurant owner. 

Happy Sushi was started in Stenungssund and has now established a new operation in Gothenburg.

Before the expansion they choose to change their cashier system to OpenSolution.For the owner it facilitates that he can get statistic from both operations by our BackOffice to one computer. The Backoffice shows exactly how much they are selling and which products they are selling the most of. This makes the planning of staff and the management of both the menu and the purchasing easier and more effective. This results in less waste and more satisfied costumers. 

Holy Cow got a sibling by the name of WÜRST, a restaurant that serves Würst artisan sausages with a variants of different side dishes.The sausages are locally produced and the recipe is composite together with the owners to get the best flavors possible. They used OpenSolutions cashier system on Holy Cow and of course they continued the collaboration with WÜRST. By using the same cashier system at both businesses it makes it easy for the staff to work at both places and simplifies the administrative work. BackOffice makes it possible to get all the statistics and reports from both operations to one computer. That does not only make the administrative work easier for the owners but also reduces the work for the accountant which in return reduces cost for the company.

Fejans food truck and hostel in the north archipelago Gräddö in Stockholm has selected OpenSolution cashier system as their payment service. The company has previously used OpenSolutions services in other activities within the organization. By using BackOffice statistic it makes it possible to see last year’s covering in the organizations, by seeing the statistic they can make staffing more effective. Which provides an opportunity for increased profitability in the company.
